    Absolutely! We keep full documentation – test reports and compliance certificates – for all standard products, available upon request and shareable prior to order placement.

    Yes. We implement a three-stage quality control system: incoming material inspection, in-process production checks, and pre-shipment audits. We also welcome third-party inspections (e.g., SGS, BV and others) and factory visits.

    Our standard payment terms is 30% deposit via T/T to secure raw material procurement and 70% balance against copy documents or L/C at sight.
  • Q12: Why do you require a deposit?

    The deposit covers the cost of raw materials and confirms your commitment to the order. It also protects both parties: you secure production capacity, and we avoid financial exposure if an order is canceled after materials have been purchased.

    yes, we charge double the unit price for samples, but we'll refund that amount in full once you confirm your bulk order.

    Standard samples are usually ready within 7–10 days. Custom samples may take 10–15 days depending on complexity.

    We offer a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period varies by product category — typically 6 to 12 months from the date of shipment. Please refer to our specific warranty terms for each product line.

    If products are found to be defective or non-compliant with agreed specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue — whether through replacement, rework, or credit. Our QC team conducts thorough pre-shipment inspections to minimize such risks.
